What do I need
to do to enroll?
First,
call us and schedule a tour.
Following
the tour, if you decide you would like to enroll, you may notify
us and you will be given an enrollment packet. It will contain
several documents for you to complete and return along with your
Deposit Fee, Administrative Fee, and Supply Fee.
FEES
AND PAYMENT
A
non-refundable, one time Administrative Fee of $50.00 per family
will be charged to enroll or hold a space. Also required is one
week's tuition to be held as a deposit. This will be applied towards
your child's last week in our care. An annual supply fee of $50.00
will also be required.
One
week of vacation time (one free week) is offered
for the last week in August each year. It may not be applied to
any other week during the school year.
Tuition
is due weekly on your child's first scheduled day of attendance
for that week (you may pay for as many weeks in advance as you wish).
Tuition payments that are recieved after the due date are subject
to a fee of 10% of your balance at that time. There is a tuition/payment
box located in the front entry, which is checked frequently by our
Office Manager.
Enrolled
families may request additional days/hours by filling out our Drop
In/Emergency Request Forms, which are located in the lobby. Please
fill out this form giving us as much advance notice as possible
and place it in the Tuition/Payment Box. Our Director will process
this request and return the form to your mailbox. If your request
is granted and your child does not show up on the requested day,
a $5 processing fee will be added to your account.
If
you have more than one child/adult enrolled full-time in the Center,
there is a 10% discount off the lowest fee.
If
your family faces a financial crisis while enrolled here, please
see our Office Manager or a Director and we will work with you to
quickly resolve any tuition payment issues.
